At Normes Decodees Private Limited, we value our customers and strive to deliver high-quality training, consultancy, and documentation kits. This Returns & Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns and refunds are handled for our products and services.
1. Training & Consultancy Services
- Fees paid for training sessions, consultancy, and certification support services are non-refundable, as these are professional services delivered based on your requirements.
- In case of rescheduling or cancellation of training by our team, clients will be offered either an alternate date or a credit note for future use.
2. Documentation Kits (Digital Products)
- Our documentation kits (such as BRC Global Standards, FSSC 22000, ISO Standards, Social Standards, Agricultural Standards) are delivered digitally via email/download link.
- Since these are intangible and non-returnable products, once delivered/downloaded, they are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
- Customers are advised to carefully review the product details before purchase.
3. Exceptions – When Refunds May Apply
- Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by the customer.
- Technical error in processing the transaction.
- Product/service not delivered due to an error from our side (after verification).
4. Refund Process
- If eligible, refund requests must be submitted to our support team within 7 working days of purchase.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
