At Normes Decodees Private Limited, we are committed to ensuring that our clients receive their products and services in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how our documentation kits, training, and consultancy services are delivered.

1. Delivery of Documentation Kits (Digital Products)

  • All documentation kits (such as ISO Standards, BRC Global Standards, FSSC 22000, Social Standards, Agricultural Standards) are digital products.
  • They are delivered electronically via:
  • Email (as attachments or secure download links), or
  • Client portal/secure file transfer (if applicable).
  • Delivery is generally completed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation of payment.

2. Consultancy & Training Services

  • Consultancy and training services are delivered either:
  • Onsite (at client’s premises) – subject to prior scheduling and agreement.
  • Online (virtual sessions) – via video conferencing platforms, based on mutual convenience.
  • The delivery schedule will be communicated to the client at the time of booking.

3. Delivery Confirmation

  • Once the product/service is delivered, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that the provided email address and contact details are correct.

4. Non-Delivery or Delay

  • In case of non-receipt of documentation kits within the expected timeline, clients are requested to check their spam/junk folder first.
  • If still not received, they should contact our support team immediately.
  • Delays may occur due to incorrect email addresses, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will ensure redelivery at no extra cost.

5. Physical Shipping (if applicable)

  • As of now, Normes Decodees Private Limited does not ship physical documentation kits. However, if physical delivery is requested (e.g., printed manuals or hard copies), shipping charges and timelines will be communicated separately based on location.
