  • The documentation kits are for internal organizational use only.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All payments for training, consultancy, or documentation kits must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
  • In case of failed transactions, customers are responsible for verifying payment completion.

4. Delivery of Documentation Kits

  • Documentation kits are delivered digitally via email or secure download link after confirmation of payment.
  • Once delivered, they are considered successfully fulfilled and are non-returnable & non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payment or non-delivery due to technical error.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Training or consultancy services once booked are non-cancellable. However, rescheduling requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Normes Decodees Private Limited reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified in advance and offered an alternate date or credit note.

  • We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
